A rainy day actually gave us pleasant weather for the neighborhood parade and potluck. It did drastically reduce our numbers, but the prep and tear down time was far more comfortable, so we'll take it! The weather cleared just in time for fireworks and sparklers - here are some photos (none of the fireworks, alas - but who hasn't seen fireworks, anyway?)
